Yetsterday morning between 8:45am till 12:30pm negotiations were had. I too will now be farewelling my MX-5 and welcoming an Astra Turbo Convertible. The funny thing is that I might actually be the first Australian to buy one of these babies here. They are still locked away in customs and have yet to hit any showrooms. There is not that much info on them and i only found out by chance.
The negotiations also included me buying a second car for a mate . An Astra SRi. This helped with the price. Got what i wanted for the MX and payed even less than what i budgeted for for the Convertible.
All happy today.
