IBM Lotus Workplace, workplace, workplace is all we've been hearing the last few months. Will Domino still be around? Will Webshere take over? What are IBM/LOTUS on about?
Well today I attended the IBM Lotus Workplace Strategy Roadshow. A very impressive seminar indeed (great scones with jam and cream). At last, all whom attended are a few steps closer to understanding what it's all about. The future looks exciting but there is going to be a steep learning curve. Hard decision : but not one I'll make lightly.
I just prefer the building blocks... and the offerings it makes to small -> med bus.
Unless they build a 10 minute deploy WIZARD for Websphere .. they've lost this camper.
