Posted by [jc] at March 11, 2004 01:36 PMJohn, I'm taking a look at http://www.34sp.com/ now....
So far, I found these guys: http://www.hostingbay.com.au/ who have plans for $40 a year, 10MB, CGI blah blah. For my personal page, it's all I need. I don't even want a domain name.
But I better take a closer look at http://www.34sp.com/ first.

Posted by: Shem Mazur at March 11, 2004 10:09 PMNice link Shem. They even have a Pocket PC emulator. Cool. For hosting, as I mentioned previously (http://www.34sp.com/). That's who I'm with and they are CHEAP.
Posted by: [jc] at March 11, 2004 09:53 PMAnd for C64 fans:
http://www.c64unlimited.net/gameslist/games_i.htm
See the little A-Z section? Got a game you wanna play? Click on the letter it starts with, find it, download it (wow, 174K.... you better not download too many!!), fire up your fave C64 emulator.... IT ROCKS! There are more retro games here than I could play in a life time!

PS: Spy vs Spy is not available here. Why? Well, believe it or not, the company who made it wrote to the hosts of the site telling them to take it off because it was hard for them to make money on it. Are they for real? A 1984 game? They want to sell a 1984 game in 2004? Freaks!!! They should be giving away the thing with source code by now. Oh well.
PPS: It really shits me that I can't host comments on my own web page.... arrrgh.... gonna have to move my page to somewhere with CGI scripts Johnny old boy.
