Torana
Ahhh, the hopefully new Holden Torana. Love the shape. I even love the colour. As a previous owner of an LC Torana (my very first car), I would love to see them back on the production line. Why they ever replaced them with the front wheel drive Camira still baffles me to this date.
I'm left with two questions. Will they go ahead and make it? Will it be rear wheel drive? (Bring the rear wheel drive back again)

I heard somewhere that if they go ahead with the Torana, they will make sure the engine compartment will be big enough to also house a V8.

Posted by: [jc] at March 9, 2005 09:42 AMBut the new Torana *is* RWD. Have faith. One thing I didn't take notice of... what's the engine? Is it a smaller capacity version of the HFV6 thing (the new Commodore engine)? I think it will be huge hit if Holden build it, and I think they will.
PS: John, I was at the show on Monday... is that when you were there? Must have just missed you!
